- Cisco firewall system ideal for securing high-speed “always on” broadband environments for your protection.
- Collection software, internet access, server access, and all other systems are protected by multi level passwords.
- Server and workstations have the latest versions of virus protection software in place.
- Dell work stations for each collector to allow collection efforts to be monitored (date and time stamped).
- State of-the-art skip tracing tools for each collector with internet access at each work station. This gives them the ability to verify up-to-date debtor information.
- RCR utilizes the latest technology in automated dialer systems. This system allows for attended or unattended use (if applicable by state statute).
- Technology in place to utilize FTP site for secure on-line account placements.
- Multiple camera surveillance system in place for all security sensitive areas. A one week tape back up is maintained for all cameras.
