Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I
place an account?
We personally pick up local files, fax, disc, mail, or
electronic mail. However, if your business model for placements is not found
here let us know. We will make necessary arrangements to make your placements
possible.
2. Do I have
to have a judgement before I place the account?
No. We don't recommend going to court if you do not have
to. If after a placement court is necessary, we pay those fees up front.
Don't waste your time and money when you have other clients to take care of -
let us do that for you.
3. How long
past due must a debtor be before I can place it with your agency?
Time of placements all depend on your current schedule.
We don't encourage you to change that. We just encourage you to not give up
on the ones you don't collect. Remember, the longer you wait, the harder they
are to collect.
4. How much
will I have to pay to sign up with your company?
Nothing! Our success depends on yours.

for any questions regarding your account status in the mean time.
10. What do I
do when a debtor calls me once we have placed an account with the agency?
